The job of defeating these vampires is left to the husband-and-wife Sheriff team of the town, but can they really defeat the vampires?
Despite a quite silly ending (with the ’sucker-punch’ scene) and a few clumsy exchanges between Hartnett and George, this movie has enough invention and raw energy to keep you stunned. Brilliant, bloody… a great candidate for the best horror movie of the year.
